How stupid are you? There are MANY reasons if you provide no information.
Try giving us your PC Specs such as RAM, Processor, Graphics Card...?

If you don’t really know shit on computers (like me) just turn all of your graphics options down, everything in the 'advanced' button in the options. Turning all three of the sounds qualities all the way down makes a difference also. If you have any programs running that aren’t necessary close them. If you have a live anti-virus program running (such as Norton) just disable it for the time your playing your games.

I had a problem with lag when i switched to a wireless router. IF you do have a router the only options i can think of is to get better antena to boost Range and power of the signal. Or get an ethernet cable.

Lagg Issues
I have found that sometimes it can be caused by your router. You will have to turn off your router and your modem for 30 seconds or more then turn them back on to reset the cache. Be aware that this fix is only for those of us on dsl or cable, if you have dialup some of your firewall settings can cause this also. Another thing that causes lag is your antivirus trying to scan your computer while you are playing. Turn the scan off until you are done playing. Also from experience do not let Disckeeper (defragger for hard drive) run while playing, it will cause major lag(sometimes locking up the game. I hope these help and happy gaming.

Be an ass? Snobby? Well I'm sorry but if he's expecting ANY help at all, by just saying "help plz help" and saying "guild wars lags", how helpful is that? No matter what his age is, he MUST know that to be honst, is NOT helpful whatsoever.

Now check the un-obvious
Make sure you don't have a crap load of spyware and unnecessary stuff running in the background. Use programs like Spybot, Ad-Aware, Antispy, Spyware Blaster, and a Virus software to clean up your system. You can download and use most of them for free AND they work if you regularily use them. Run them multiple times to get everything. When your done defragment your hard drive and then add some RAM unless you already have 1GB or more.
If you are getting a jerking type reaction on the screen (low frame rate) when you turn around, it may just be that you are running your graphics settings too high for your current equipment.
